1. Everyone was super friendly, from waitstaff to the front desk, the guys working valet were incredibly friendly and helpful the night I had to myself and wanted to find something to do, the concierge was often busy, but if on the phone would make eye contact and smile to acknowledge guests, and everyone I saw and met from housekeeping was friendly and nice.

2. Had some bumps the first night, but June, Stephanie, & both Michelle's at the front desk did a great job handling those.

3. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful (needed toothpaste at 6AM, no problem!) The room itself was very nice, good television (not great HD service but who goes to Hawaii to watch television.
