4. My criticism only goes out to the MANAGERS: please bring a bottle of wine to your honeymooners (it's not expensive at all); it will bring them back to your hotel in a few years, something that will not happen with me.

5. I asked to see a manager who was a very nice and pleasant lady who listened to our complaint and very calmly looked at the computer , shuffled around a bit and said to come back the next day at 3.00.

6. The manager made sure that it was taken care of, however when I am informed that this is a higher end hotel, I expect cleaniness to be a top priority.

7. Our thanks also goes to our friend Kama (restaurant manager) and all the staff at the restaurant, special mentions to Keebong, Felipe, Joel, Peter and one of the ladies whom I'm sorry but have forgotten her name.

8. We also got to meet the General Manager of the hotel (Kevin)on this occasion who actually invited guests to join in a staff function/lunch at the pool area which was a very nice gesture and everytime we saw him after that he still took the time to stop and chat for a lil while.
