1. If you're looking for things to do, the concierge is definitely helpful, but I his suggestions are definitely touristy (Arizona, tourist spots on the North Shore, popular hiking spots, shopping, the zoo), talk to the people working the front desk, the bartenders and waitstaff, and the valets.

3. We rented a Jeep for 3 days, and the concierge was very helpful with that, and the valet guys were on point when it came to parking, The pool deck and bar is beautiful, and a fun place for a night swim with the city lights glowing, and stars are shining.
