1. We were very comfortable, and the ocean view from the 36 floor was great.

2. They hotel was close to down town and the beach, the rooms where conferrable (not cramped), the view was okay nothing special (unless you get the very top rooms due to other buildings blocking the ocean), and the restaurant it sits on had a great breakfast.

4. Its a shame that a possible nice view through the window is blurred and a nice hot bath can be such a turn-off.
