1. All my gf and I wanted was a comfortable and less pricey place to sleep downtown, and we got it, for everyone complaining about the little things, the rooms were smaller but still comfortable, decent tv, bed was nice, windows maybe a little dirty but the view is still fantastic, and everyday the rooms were cleaned with fresh towels.

3. As others have pointed out, they do appear to make you come to get fresh towels for subsequent stays (I observed people getting them from the front desk), they do have window units in the rooms (which may or may not be a deal breaker for you, I sleep through them just fine), and the elevators are sometimes slow.

4. We had to make daily trips to get clean towels and soap/shampoo,they dont even refill your coffee,you have to pay for it.

8. If you would like towels for the pool, you have to go to the 2nd floor and sign them out, then go to the 5th floor to the pool, then back to the 2nd floor to return the towels.
