I arrived early from the hotel and quite tired after that long flight coming from Los Angeles and Adele Garcia/Front Desk gave me a warm welcome and approach me to go dine in at 'The Vits' while they are preparing the room specially Ronald Sugihara, the Supervisor who assist me during my departure from Hawaii and welcome me again in the near future if I will be visiting the islands.

9. The pros are: Great friendly helpful service at the front desk, small but quiet room, convenient location because buses and shuttles stop right outside the hotel , an easy walk just about anywhere in Waikiki, and free wi-fi internet in the lobby.
