4. The best points of the hotel, I think, are the free WIFI in the rooms, free use of the 'business center' (computer, internet and printer use which is also free), the proximity to Centennial Park, CNN and other downtown attractions.

8. - The rooms are updated, comfortable, clean and have good technology (flat-panel televisions, wireless, etc.)- It's within walking distance to a train station, making it easy for us to tour the city without renting a car.
