3. With previous reviewers warning of homeless people and panhandlers I was on my guard, but in 3 days I only encountered one person asking for money, it seems that the authorities have cleared them out of the tourist areas.

4. Finally, the highlight of the entire stay here was the surprise $20 a day fee no one told us at check in would be a part of our stay so we found out about it at check two days later (that is their way of getting more money out of their guest).

6. the wiring was hanging out from under the air conditioner and the tv and one of the phones did not work but they did come and fix the tv and they also tried to charge us for valet parking when we left so look at your bill and when we complained to the manager he would not even pay us any attention it was also scary to get out of the hotel for people asking for money.
