1. Why we loved this hotel: Early check in without any hassle ( got there at 11am), kids eat free, valet attendants very professional and attentive, staff very friendly, manager opened her office up to my girlfriend so she could print her boarding passes ( their hotel business center with 2 computers didn't have working printers), tons of pillows on the beds, decent size bathroom, microwave available on lower floor for guests to use if needed, let us have a later check out ( only till 1230 but it was helpful), also we brought our lugguage down and they put in car for us while we went to the Aquarium--cost for parking at hotel is $20--I heard the valet tell another guest that it is only $5.00 across the street but not covered or secured.

4. (Party of 5 - 3 rooms)On arrival, check-in went smoothly (or so we thought) we had reserved 2 doubles & a twin and this was shown on the booking but when we got to our rooms we had 3 doubles.
