2. the wiring was hanging out from under the air conditioner and the tv and one of the phones did not work but they did come and fix the tv and they also tried to charge us for valet parking when we left so look at your bill and when we complained to the manager he would not even pay us any attention it was also scary to get out of the hotel for people asking for money.

4. They made a mistake on my bill on the morning before I checked out and said they would fix it, but when I returned after a walk to pay, they hadn't but the lady said it was fixed, just not obvious on the bill which seemed odd to me so I insisted - why should the receipt amount be different than what will appear on my credit card statement.
