The location of the hotel is very convenient and within walking distance from the Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and great restaurants including Ruth's Chris Steakhouse (across the street), Maggiano's (down the block), Mortons The Steakhouse, and Fogo de Chao (best Brazilian Steakhouse/Churrascaria around).

2. There are many other wonderful options down the street where the staff will treat you with respect - visit those establishments instead.

3. There are soooo many other hotels in this area which I've stayed at where the customer service is superb (like across the street!) Customer service can make or break a place and in this economy service is everything.

4. Also the morning when we had to leave for the airport, we left at 3AM and there was a gentleman at the front doors of the hotel who actually ran out into the street to get us a cab.

5. There is not street parking in this area and parking is a bit costly, but very convenient.

6. I am typically a Hyatt man, and usually stay across the street at the Grand Hyatt (which is a very nice hotel).

7. If you are there to shop at Lenox or Phipps, it is not quite as convenient as the Ritz or the Mansion which are right across the street.

9. Coffee maker in room is nice when you need a quick cup, but Caribou Coffee is a block from the hotel, on the same side of the street, and worth the short walk.

10. View was basically the park and apartment building across the street, but the architecture is interesting to look at both day and night.
