1. In fact, our experience here has been consistently good, so much so that now we always check out the rates at intercontinentals first on trips away from Atlanta.

4. Nitpicky, but in a hotel that has 21% room service gratuity (+$3.75) you'd expect to see the eaten room service tray gone from your door side when you check out 24 hours after you ordered it.
