1. The Concierges were very friendly and welcoming as well as the employees at the SPA.

2. From the front desk check in, which was confusing as we had 15 people, the fabulous spa (best massage I have ever had) to the concierge staff on the club level, we could not have asked for more professional, friendly attentive and accomodating folks.

5. When we checked out I informed the woman of the missing robe, the late arrival of the spa gift package, the under stocked fridge and she basically said that it shouldn't have been like that but that it was housekeeping who is responsible.
