No newspaper at the door, forgettable spa, no turn-down service the second night, a sundry store that was closed as much as it was open, I had to call the hotel to confirm certain parts of the reservation and they were ignored when we checked in, a shower door that only opens into the shower, they kept trying to charge us for parking, including on the final bill, etc. etc.Bottom Line:at $360 a night in a 'Five Star' hotel you expect to be Wowed.
