4. The valet service is great though, they have a great setup and super friendly staff that didn't get mad at us when we had to get them to pull the car around twice for things we left inside.

5. I found the service to be fairly good -- in lobby, restaurants, conference center, etc. The restaurant and bar had okay food and drink that was very expensive, which is par for a downtown hotel.
