2. The bar in the lobby features some tasty microbrews, the gym has quality equipment, and the conference facilities are spacious and have plenty of ladies' rooms (let's be honest: this is usually not the case!).

7. - Gym / pool are decent but far away and awkwardly accessed off the third floor (I presume this was done to prevent folks in swimsuits from walking across the lobby).
