7. I'm not sterotyping, but having grown up in the deep south, I know that in some circumstances, you will get better service if your willing to address people by their name, compliment something and say Good Morning yada, yada.

8. I called to let them know we needed their FREE service, waited for over 30 minutes called again and lady tells me she is sending a shuttle, waited another 10 minutes and just gave up.
