7. Such a variance of hotel quality (this is designated a Holiday Inn 'Select' - wish I hadn't) is just not acceptable - wouldn't be so bad if it was $79/night - but no it was $129, no breakfast coupon, no bottled water (even though I am still a Gold PC member).
