5. The clerk on the other end of the phone actually laughed and said, 'Oh, you wanted a King size bed in a smoking room!' He proceeded to tell me that I was welcome to come back to the front desk (with 2 suitcases in tow) and pick up a key for Room #3.

The front desk lady was also very friendly and made sure that I knew how to get around the hotel (initially I was wondering why she was being so thorough, but later on I realized that the hotel does have a somewhat odd layout, so the extra instructions were welcome!)The room is on the lower end of average, but acceptable.
