5. I found my room to be clean, the staff pleasant enough, and had no concerns/problems with the surrounding neighborhood (the hotel is located in a quiet business park by the airport).

6. We found out after being stranded at Graceland in the rain, as well as downtown during a snowstorm that they were more than happy to drop us off and leave us stranded at our locations, refusing to pick us up & making us take a cab back to the hotel.
