1. Our room needed to be vacuumed, the nightstand had a greasy oil spot and the bathtub had a slick feeling.

2. There was water damage in the ceiling/wall of the room, rooms were not very clean (hair in the bathtub before we ever used it) the hallways were filthy and had carpet bulging, elevators and stairwells were dirty and had sticky floors.
