They claimed that renovations are starting this month -- but since the General
Manager
has stated for three months on TripAdvisor that renovations are 'starting now' I'm a bit skeptical.

replied that there were not and that i should leave as 'you cant sleep on our lobby sofa' the service here is a joke.
