7. Unfortunately they moved the check-in to the first floor (where the Concierge once was) and I wondered to the 19th floor by habit but it all worked out once I realized what happened.

8. The one odd thing about the hotel setup is that because the reception and concierge are on the 19th floor, and in a side room off the main atrium, I pretty much never saw them after I checked in.
