1. I should not have worried since the room was large, had nice linens and a bathroom on the small side, but adequate.

2. The bathroom was spacious with lots of counter space although I think they could have done a slightly nicer job on the fixtures -- I'm obsessive about bathrooms and you can always tell when a property has skimped when you look at the fixtures and shower heads.
