1. I had to abandon my car at the gate, return to the lobby, wait in line to talk to the one person at reception, and get a new ticket.

7. Also: it would be nice to have a larger lobby, and have the downstairs restaurants open for dinner as well as lunch - lots of people going downstairs at night but nothing open except noisy bar.
