1. Looking for an additional socket to find lumps of dust behind the bed was quite unsettling, ordering coffee in the morning and having a dirty saucer was disgusting, coffee by the way that I am supposed to get free of charge for being a Gold Pass member for which they insisted on charging me.

3. This time when I stayed price was $109 a night so good value for the money even with the rooms needing to be redone but if price was closer to average $200 rates they normally charge, I would stay somewhere else like Westin until refurbishment is finished.

8. I was here for a business event I was in charge of and the public areas of the hotel are very nice but the rooms - NOT Park Hyatt level.

10. The rooms are not designed for business travelers as the desks have no outlets for your chargers and the outlets are very hard to find and are usually behind the tv's so just wanting to charge your cell phone becomes difficult.
