The manager was trying to pass the blame to this website, until I asked if the description I should have read included the details that the air conditioning wiring and wire nuts would be exposed and hanging out into the room, the phone wiring would be exposed too, the wallpaper would be ripped, and the carpet and tub would be filthy to the point of being unsalvageable.
