1. Lights without light bulbs, requested a crib way in advance then housekeeping supervisor could not find (was supposedly lost in one of the rooms) so they offered to put blankets on the floor for our 15 month old to sleep on.

2. The girl at the front desk assured us that no one would enter our room if the DND sign was out, but every day we had a sheet of paper stuck in our door that said housekeeping had entered our room.
