1. When I checked in , the male front desk clerk/manager was friendly; but the evening/night clerk was kind of 'bitter' to be at work at night shift.

2. when i returned with my grandchildren they had not left clean towels so we went to the front desk and asked for them we got them ok with a big attitude , the next morning we went to try this breakfast bar lol nasty looking food and very dirty area , we put our food in the trash went to our room packed up , stopped by the front desk again and told them how dirty it was and i explained that i own a motel in trasure island florida and could not believe how dirty the place was .

6. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel - I had read some reviews that said this wasn't the best place, but the front desk clerk was very friendly, upgraded my room and took care of my check in very quickly.

Pros: Inexpensive, nice decor of room, "spa" style bathroom, convenient location right off the freeway, good AC, friendly front desk staff, hot breakfast Cons: no bathtub in our room, only a shower, room right next to the pool was very loud, paper thin walls so we could hear our neighbor's television, didn't get maid service one day and complaints were ignored, couldn't take breakfast back to room Overall: decent for one or two nights.
