1. The hotel is quite near the airport, and fairly central (10 min to Tempe, downtown, Scottsdale and many spring training ballparks).

2. The only drawback is that the it is far from downtown, not a lot of food establishment in the area although they have an in-house restaurant with limited menu/selection.

3. Downtown Tempe is several miles east, so that's the best bet.
