The new management does not seem to quite know what they're doing - for example: the computer is now only available for 15 minutes in one hour slots and the new owners moved it from a very workable, comfortable space to an unwieldy lobby space that cannot even handle a chair since it isn't even on a computer table and you have to stand.

5. Bathroom toilet didn't flush, heat wasn't on in our room and took forever to warm up and then we were sweating all night, continental breakfast didn't begin early in the morning so we missed it, had to go outside to go to the lobby.
