1. Bathroom toilet didn't flush, heat wasn't on in our room and took forever to warm up and then we were sweating all night, continental breakfast didn't begin early in the morning so we missed it, had to go outside to go to the lobby.

9. bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners, bathtub used to have a sticky matt that had been removed, and was gray in the bottom,complimentry shampoo had been opened, just bad, bad housekeeping, room painted a dark ugly blue, that needs another coat, security door to outside didn't shut, and didn't work.
