4. We'll start with when we first walked in to the hotel:We were greeted by signs posted on the front desk stating a huge list of strict rules regarding linens - you're only allowed to have 4 towels a day, we will only change your sheets every 2 days, you can only have 1 pool towel each for your entire stay, etc. Right off the bat, we felt like we were a burden to the hotel, not guests.

6. We called the front desk in the morning, and they came up and saw them too but showed no concern.
