1. bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners, bathtub used to have a sticky matt that had been removed, and was gray in the bottom,complimentry shampoo had been opened, just bad, bad housekeeping, room painted a dark ugly blue, that needs another coat, security door to outside didn't shut, and didn't work.
