4. i have stayed in this hotel may times over a couple years with my work and i really didnt like it in the past but i have to say this last time was the best of all staff was most frindly and helpfull then ever before.

5. Loud, obnoxious, inconsiderate people knocked on my door all night, phone would not stop ringing and staff couldn't figure out why.
