3. They have a sign that says no refunds which is their way of keeping your money after they give you a nightmare room.

4. I argued and got the remainder of my money back for the trip, the thieves got my check book adn are passing checks all over indianapolis the manager refuses to return phone calls or answer faxes, the owners phone number that the corporate office has is no good, and corporate just tells me that its a franchise but they will tell them to answer my calls.

5. My room got robbed, Had to wait for the front desk guy to finish his round of internet poker before he would call the police for me, he refused to return my money for the prepaid room, he then told the police officer and me that they had had trouble with housekeepers not shutting room doors, I had him wake up the manager who then accused me of staging the robbery myself.
