1. This hotel was once a nice, clean, 3 star property with owners on site that truly cared for their customers.

2. rooms looked great!and very clean the new managment was wonderfull and needless to say nice looking and when i did need something they worked hard and quickly to meet my needs and this time of the year with the 500 i was very impressed this hotel is the best in this location and i am very happy to say this hotel made a complete turn around way to go knights inn i cant wait to stay again.

6. They are not allowed to go where they rest of the hotel shuttles go (IND Airport banned them I heard) the front desk advises to go to pax pickup / taxi area and they will pick you up there.

7. After waiting for the shuttle, I was advised by the hotel it wasn't available currently and I'd have to take a cab (at my own expense by the way) no wifi, no shuttle, annoying.
