1. They are not allowed to go where they rest of the hotel shuttles go (IND airport banned them I heard) the front desk advises to go to pax pickup / taxi area and they will pick you up there.

9. When we got back to INDY we called the airport was told it would be 20 minutes before they could pick us up, no problem, 55 minutes later and 3 calls to the place being told that the shuttle had already left or it should be there now, we took a cab back.
