I used to talk to the wife while she washed and folded the perfectly white guest towels and high quality sheets with care in the hot laundry room, on those hot summer days, always with a huge smile on her face while the sweat poured off her forehead, or while she cleaned up and dressed professionally and worked the front desk.

3. They are not allowed to go where they rest of the hotel shuttles go (IND Airport banned them I heard) the front desk advises to go to pax pickup / taxi area and they will pick you up there.

4. My room got robbed, Had to wait for the front desk guy to finish his round of internet poker before he would call the police for me, he refused to return my money for the prepaid room, he then told the police officer and me that they had had trouble with housekeepers not shutting room doors, I had him wake up the manager who then accused me of staging the robbery myself.
