1. I requested extra towels and they were delivered to my room upon arrival, which was nice, because I have stayed in a few Hilton brand hotels and have not received my special requests.

2. The pool / hot tub areas were crowded but the staff kept it very clean and there was plenty of fresh towels (which is usually a problem at hotels when it's crowded).

4. During the morning rush, there where 20 people were trying to get on the elevator, and even the hotel maids carrying huge bags of towels demanded to squeeze on the elevators with the crowd.
