1. I tried to reserve a room at the hotel downtown but they were all booked due to a gaming convention so I went with this one which gave our group (Illinois Swimming) a good rate.

2. The hotel was welcoming, the room rate was good, the rooms were clean and modern for the most part but the pool was dissapointing for the kids.

3. Maybe because it was a Sunday night and/or low occupany rate, that the only 'hot' breakfast items were omelets - no sausage, pancakes, etc. However, it was fine and was not a big deal.

4. I was traveling on business to Indianapolis this month (Oct 2011), and was unable to locate a good hotel rate downtown (the Colts were playing that weekend), so stayed on the north end at the Embassy Suites.

5. Were attending a trade show at the convention center, and this place was only like 11 miles away and a lot less than downtown rates.
