3. The pool / hot tub areas were crowded but the staff kept it very clean and there was plenty of fresh towels (which is usually a problem at hotels when it's crowded).

4. The only disappointment of the whole stay was that the heater in the pool was being repaired and it was brisk - but it was still a lovely variating depth pool beside a large whirlpool - if you sat in the hot tub long enough it made the pool water bearable.

5. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and there's rarely anyone in the pool/hot tub, so it's nice to relax.
