3. This time I was not so lucky, I cannot get a reply from this general manager, their staff had to run around to check on my charge and even suggested I called the Hyatt Place customer relation at 800 numbers.

4. As a regional manager, i am many times in a location with few better quality lodging choices, and over the years prefer the Marriott Courtyards, but these new Hyatt places are great, the rooms are better, nice lounge/couch, great TV, free Internet and Breakfast, and they have free computers/printers too.
