1. So a day later, my credit card was charge the whole price, not one but twice, closer to 500 dollars.

2. This time I was not so lucky, I cannot get a reply from this general manager, their staff had to run around to check on my charge and even suggested I called the Hyatt Place customer relation at 800 numbers.
