3. After waiting forever and multiple unsuccessful attempts at using the express check out kiosks, I finally grabbed some poor guy pushing a mop and asked that he go find someone that could check us out.

4. We booked the hotel using the airline mileage and upon check in, we were assure everything is paid, on check out, they even told us there is no receipt due to fact we deserved the room online.
