1. We had a leak in our ceiling during our stay and they immediately moved us to another room and refunded us a one night stay, which was difficult as we had prepaid for the room through hotels.

7. The Metro station staff is usually very friendly and will give you a pass to exit but you have to mail the damaged cards in for a refund (station staff will provide a special envelope with a stub you retain for reference).

8. We currently have $35 in (2) tickets sitting at the Metro reimbursement office, I was informed today that it will be 2 to 3 more months before they get to August Refunds (they are currently working on requests from May).

10. The website shows one of the triangular rooms that I did not get (but ended up paying for) -- I probably should have asked for a refund, but I hate doing that once I'm settled in the room.
