5. Hotel is affortable, well-located in a quiet neighborhood (halfway between the Mall and the U-District; can walk to both if you like a stroll, otherwise cabs to both locations were very cheap), and has a very friendly/helpful staff (in particular: Frank, Vladamir, and Ana in the restaurant).
