1. The staff were very curtious and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

3. The nice touches were a mini fridge, electrical outlets on both sides of the comfy bed for gadget charging, and complimentary bottles of water every day.

4. It came about 10 minutes after I had already spilled the beans about the surprise and how it wasnt there :( they did give us complimentary chocalate covered starwberries and we enjoyed the champagne just the same but it would have been nice if it had worked out the way I was told it would.

8. To the staff's credit, I got complimentary use of a safe deposit box (in the office) in place of the safe and the wifi did work in the bar which had happy hour from 4-7pm.
