6. Capitol Hill Suites is a good combination of reasonable price for a fairly generous space plus an easy walk to the Capitol grounds and that end of the Mall, also across the street from the Library of Congress (ideal for someone working there for a few days).

9. The breakfast spread, included in the price, is diverse and well laid out--far better than most continental self-serves I've experienced.

10. Speaking of laundry, the hotel has two washers and dryers, and although they were pretty good, I found the price for a single cycle of cleaning and drying very high, at $ 4, and you should have quarters (25 cents) to feed the machine.
