1. The staff went out of their way to be pleasant and friendly with us and our two teens, helping with band-aids, museum discounts and general directions, cabs, etc. I don't think I ever managed to open the door to the main building myself- some one always popped out and opened it for me.

4. I stayed at the Capitol Hill Suites for 3 nights in August in a Junior Suite - seemed to be a heavily discounted rate for a huge room, decent sized bathroom including bath tuband really comfy bed.
